At Ten15 Foods and Beverages, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the terms below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Manufacturing Defects Only
Refunds and exchanges are available only for items with a genuine manufacturing defect.

2. Return Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

3. Eligible Pricing
Items purchased at standard pricing, including our multi-pack bundle discounts, are eligible for returns under these terms. Items purchased using a limited-time promotional discount code (e.g., a flash sale or seasonal offer) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.

4. Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund or exchange is approved. If the item is confirmed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and process your refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. If inspection finds the item is not defective, it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
