Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage or defects to ten15cafe.pk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. We cover the cost of return shipping for confirmed defects, and will deliver your replacement at no additional cost.
