Easy Iced Caramel Latte Recipe (with a Chocolate Crackle Upgrade)
Iced Caramel Chocolate Crackle Latte with a chocolate-lined glass

Sweet, creamy, cold, and just indulgent enough, an iced caramel latte is what you order when you want a treat, not just a coffee. Made simply: a Ten15 Caramel Latte sachet mixed with water and ice.

This recipe skips the café queue entirely: it's ready at home in about a minute, no machine needed.

The recipe

  • 1 Ten15 Caramel Latte sachet
  • 110 ml water
  • 85 g ice (about a handful)
  • Optional: a drizzle of caramel for the glass
  • Optional: melted cooking chocolate, to line the glass (for the Crackle version below)
Frothing Ten15 Caramel Latte mix with a milk frother

Method:

  1. Add the sachet to 110 ml water and mix until smooth.
  2. Drop in 85 g ice and stir.
  3. For café flair, drizzle a little caramel down the inside of the glass first. Pour and enjoy.

A handheld frother gives the smoothest finish here — worth it if you have one, though a spoon works fine.

Iced, always

We keep our caramel latte iced. Cold water and ice keep the caramel and coffee smooth and balanced, so this one's built to be poured over ice.

Make it your way

  • Extra bold — a little Ten15 freeze-dried Espresso for a stronger coffee note under the sweetness.
  • Extra creamy — swap some of the water for cold milk.
  • Salted caramel — a tiny pinch of salt in the drizzle. Trust the process.

The chocolate crackle upgrade

Want the version that looks like it came from a specialty café? Line the glass with chocolate before you pour — this is the drink in the photo above.

  1. Melt a little cooking or compound chocolate — a few short bursts in the microwave, or a quick double boiler, works fine.
  2. Pour it into the glass and rotate slowly so it coats the inside walls evenly.
  3. Let it sit for a minute or two until the chocolate sets against the glass.
  4. Fill with ice, then pour your prepared Ten15 Caramel Latte over the top.

The chocolate shell cracks as you stir or sip — that's the whole appeal. Same recipe underneath, just dressed up.

Why it beats the café version

A café caramel latte is easily PKR 850–1,100 — mostly milk, ice, syrup, and markup. One Ten15 sachet gives you the same sweet, creamy, café-quality cup for a fraction of that, made with real freeze-dried coffee.

Frequently asked questions

How do you make a caramel latte at home without a machine? Mix a Ten15 Caramel Latte sachet with 110 ml water, add 85 g ice, and stir. The milk is in the sachet, so no machine is needed.

Can I make it stronger? Yes — stir in a little Ten15 freeze-dried Espresso for a bolder coffee flavour under the caramel.

Is it very sweet? It's sweeter than a plain latte, closer to a dessert drink. For less sweetness, add a touch more ice and water.

Can I make it creamier? Swap some of the water for cold milk for a richer iced caramel latte.

How do I get the chocolate crackle effect? Coat the inside of the glass with melted chocolate and let it set before adding ice and pouring in the latte — see "The chocolate crackle upgrade" above.
